Glen Cox

Managing Director Food Processing solution

• Glen Cox holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology. He spent 23 years working in a factory/operations role for SPC, Australia who is one of the largest fruit/tomato processors in the Southern hemisphere.
• He has supported associated projects for this organisation in Europe & SE Asia & was based for 2 years in the south of Spain managing a JV project.
• In more recent years, Glen has started his own business known as Food Processing Solutions Pvt Ltd in both Australia & India. His current activities include consulting, trading & establishing ownership/stake-holding in a number of food project initiatives.
• Over the past 3-4 years, he has been working with food companies like Dole Asia Holdings Limited, MTR Foods, Mala’s Fruit Products, Orchard Brands & Harraj Agro Foods, to name a few.
• His work has been in the area of product & process development plus assisting sub-continent companies bring their factory systems up to an international standard.
